Grover and Jill Swift decided to do something different in 2002 and purchase a meat market. Instead of working for someone else, they wanted to offer a great and fun environment to work in. Their belief is offer quality meat at a reason price. When a person comes in or calls, they want to give you the service you deserve.
Back when they first purchased Johnny G's most of the business was a dieing retail, so they decided to expand their wholesale. When taking the time and money to go out and enjoy a bite, they wanted to be able to offer the same quality products that they enjoyed. They enjoy supporting other locally owned businesses.
